📋 Submission Guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2,000 cards total
- All cards must be 95% Near Mint condition
- English language only
Packing Instructions (Important!):
- Pack tightly to ensure cards remain safe in transit
- Separate by rarity:
- Commons/Uncommons together
- Trainers together
- Rare Non-Holos together
- Reverse holographic cards together
- All holographic cards together
- All other cards together (V's, GX's, EX's and above)
- We do not accept any cards that are not listed in the form below.
⚠️ Important Disclaimers:
- Real and Genuine Cards Only: We only process authentic cards. Non-genuine cards will not be purchased and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Quotation Notice: The estimate provided is a quotation only and does not constitute a final offer. Cards not meeting near mint condition standards may be rejected. Please note any condition issues in the Additional Notes section if applicable.
⚠️ Sorting Fee:
If cards are not separated by rarity, a sorting fee may apply based on time taken to sort them - this will also affect processing and payment speeds.

- We'll review and email you postage labels once approved
- We process submissions within 2 days of receipt
